Man lights himself on fire in front of Prime Ministry

An unidentified man lit himself on fire in front of the Prime Ministry building in Ankara earlier today, daily Hürriyet has reported.The man, who was screaming loudly, doused himself in oil and then set himself aflame.
Prime Ministry bodyguards and police rushed to the man’s aid and the man was later sent to a nearby hospital for treatment. It has not been revealed why the man lit himself on fire.
This is the second such event to have recently happened in front of the Turkish Prime Ministry.
Another man identified as Nuri Başkapan protested his long period of unemployment by firing three blank shots at the Prime Ministry building on Nov.5.
